David & Lucile Packard Foundation

We worked with the David & Lucile Packard Foundation for over ten years, assisting them with strategy development and monitoring, evaluation and learning (MEL). We led the strategy development for the initial Chile Oceans Strategy and served as the country MEL partner. We also led the design of the Mingamar Program, which provided capacity-strengthening and networking opportunities to Packard grantees and others. ACS also supported the Marine Birds Strategy, including as its MEL partner. We conducted several evaluations of the program and its performance. We also led the initial design of the Coastal Solutions Fellows Program, which was co-funded by the Packard Foundation and Cornell University.
