Understanding commercial marine species for better management
Saturday, September 20th, 2008ACS Advisory board member Richard Cudney’s research is highlighted in this month’s issue of the journal Bulletin of Marine Science. Dr. Cudney and colleagues conducted extensive studies on the ecology of the Black Murex Snail in the Gulf of California, Mexico. The authors discuss the biology, ecology, and management of the species, which is economically and ecologically important to the region.
