◆ ACS heads to Argentina and Chile to help local NGOs and government agencies push the Restoration of Tierra del Fuego Program forward. We will also be presenting a talk entitled at the “The Role of Ecological Science in Island Restoration Programs” at the 4th Annual Bi-national Ecology Conference in Buenos Aires. 

◆ Josh Donlan give a talk on environmental mortgages at the annual meeting of the Society of Conservation Biology in Edmonton, Canada.

◆ Josh Donlan co-authors a paper in the journal Ecography entitled, “Ecological history and latent conservation potential: large and giant tortoises as a model for taxon substitutions”. Click here for a copy of the paper.

◆ Josh Donlan leads a panel on innovative finance at the 3rd Annual Ecosystem Markets Conference in North Carolina.
